ShareFile Revamps Brand and Expands Capabilities to Deliver an Elevated Client Experience

Modernized brand takes ShareFile into the future of work

RALEIGH, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ShareFile, a business unit of Cloud Software Group, unveiled its new brand identity as the company makes strides in modernizing the client experience. The contemporary rebranding follows recent product enhancements designed to address the unique needs of customers. This marks an evolutionary shift for ShareFile as it extends its offerings beyond its secure document-sharing origins and delivers document workflows designed to provide a seamless, modern client experience.

The primary objective of the rebranding initiative was to develop a more dynamic and modern brand identity that embodies ease and effortlessness, spanning across the brand colors, typography, and visual elements. Notably, the redesigned logo captures the feeling of seamlessly checking off all the boxes from start to finish.

“Our new look and feel captures the essence of our future, and we’re thrilled to finally unveil it,” said Kurt Heusner, general manager and senior vice president, ShareFile. “Our entire team is focused on our customers and what they need to more effectively do their work. We've dedicated ourselves to enhancing functionality, optimizing workflow efficiencies, and fostering collaboration for our customers navigating new challenges. We’ve received excellent feedback, especially regarding how these efforts have improved the client experience. This rebrand is a testament to the enthusiasm for where we’re taking the business unit and the passion that defines our work.”

With a deep history in secure file-sharing spanning nearly two decades, ShareFile continues to focus on evolving existing product capabilities and introducing new offerings to help clients embrace digital-first workflows. In June, the company debuted ShareFile® for Accounting, designed to support the unique needs of accounting professionals. The product enhancements included expedited client onboarding, secure document management and collaboration, and new automation capabilities, directly addressing some of the industry's most significant pain points. Similarly, the company debuted ShareFile® for Legal in August, designed to expand functionality to improve security and operational efficiencies that expedite workflows across caseloads. Both product announcements highlight ShareFile’s unwavering commitment to addressing the unique challenges customers face – specific to their industries – and empowering those same customers to provide exceptional service to their clients.
