Paul Hovsepian Appointed Cadmus Vice President of Contracts and Procurement

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cadmus, a leading provider of technical and strategic expertise to governments, energy utilities, and private sector companies worldwide, announced it has appointed Paul Hovsepian to the role of Vice President of Contracts and Procurement. Hovsepian will work collaboratively across Cadmus divisions to oversee all aspects of contracts and procurement.

Hovsepian brings more than 25 years of experience providing outstanding strategic support in contracts, operations, and procurement to drive growth in both public and private sector companies. He previously served as vice president, contracts and subcontracts at Cubic Corporation, a global public transportation and defense corporation firm, where he led a team of 90 professionals across five continents. Hovsepian has also held executive leadership positions in contracts and business operations at Parsons Corporation and Raytheon Technologies. Hovsepian is a Certified Professional Contracts Manager from the National Contract Management Association and was a member of the Board of Directors of a Bell/Raytheon joint venture in Toronto, Canada.
