XP Inc. Announces Cash Dividend

SÃO PAULO, Brazil--(BUSINESS WIRE)--XP Inc. (Nasdaq: XP), a leading, technology-driven platform and a trusted provider of low-fee financial products and services in Brazil, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved payment of a cash dividend. The dividend will be payable on September 25, 2023, to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2023. The total dividend paid will be US$320,000,000 or US$0.58 per common share.
