Montecito Medical Acquires Medical Office Property in Denver Area

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Montecito Medical, a leading acquirer of medical office properties nationwide, has acquired a medical office property in Lafayette, Colorado, a Denver suburb.

The two-story building is tenanted by Colorado Urology and is home to the Colorado Prostate Cancer Center.
