(NYSE: LEO) (each, a "Fund") have successfully sold $30,225,000, $49,300,000 and $78,900,000, respectively, of Variable Rate MuniFund Term Preferred Shares ("VMTP Shares") to a "qualified institutional buyer" as defined in Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Securities Act"), in offerings exempt from registration under the Securities Act.
