Quality Senior Living Announces Development of The Blake at St. Johns

ST. JOHNS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Quality Senior Living (QSL), a leading developer of luxury senior housing, is excited to announce the development of its newest project, The Blake at St. Johns.

The community, which will be operated by QSL Management, features 70 assisted-living apartments, 48 memory-care apartments, and a host of resort-style amenities. The total capitalization for the project is $35 million.

The two-story, 115,000 square foot building is designed around two beautifully landscaped interior courtyards and will include restaurant-style dining, a piano bar & lounge, a coffee and ice cream shop, a full-service salon & spa, on-site therapy services, a chapel, a theater room, and outdoor fire pavilions. The building was designed by Arrive Architecture Group of Bedford, TX.

Floor plans include one and two-bedroom apartments with 10-foot ceilings, traditional millwork, zero-entry showers, cable and Wi-Fi, and a state-of-the-art wireless nurse-call system. Options include balconies, porches, walk-in closets, and pantries.

The Blake at St. Johns is part of a planned unit development that includes St. Thérése, an early-learning center of the Diocese of St. Augustine, and Goldfish Swim School, a premier learn-to-swim facility for kids, which is currently under construction. Strategically located at 2340 County Road 210, The Blake at St. Johns will be convenient to the Mayo Clinic, St. Johns Town Center, Johns Creek Center, and St. Johns Golf & Country Club.
