Edifecs Hires Chris Lance to Lead Organization’s Product Innovation

New chief product officer brings deep experience in healthcare and product strategy and execution

BELLEVUE, Wash.--()--Edifecs, Inc., a global health information technology solutions company, announced today Chris Lance joins the senior leadership team as chief product officer (CPO). As a key member of the Edifecs leadership team, Chris will spearhead product strategy and execution to deliver a portfolio of innovative and high-performing products and solutions.

Chris joins Edifecs after serving as CPO at Evolent Health Services where he helmed development, strategy, and delivery of the business’ Health Plan Administration software and services portfolios. Before joining Evolent Health, he was a vice president and head of product at Change Healthcare, where he managed a diverse portfolio of payer financial management solutions. In these roles, Chris successfully led a range of business transformation initiatives, including the transition to a platform business model. He has a track-record of success in building and executing foundation technology roadmaps and investment strategies to enable horizontal product integration and accelerate product development.

Chris holds an MBA from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis, and a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University.

Earlier this year, Edifecs announced the addition of Tom Shultz to its team of senior leaders as chief revenue officer, the company won Best in KLAS for their interoperability platform, and was recognized by the prestigious Stevie Awards for Best Technology Pivot by utilizing its interoperability as a differentiating foundation to now provide customers with more effective value-based payment and risk adjustment solutions.
