Russell Budd Recognized as 2023 Trailblazers Plaintiffs’ Lawyer by the National Law Journal

Budd has been recognized as a 2023 Trailblazers Plaintiffs’ Lawyer by The National Law Journal. The award recognizes legal professionals who have made a significant impact on the practice or policy in their area. The selection committee remarked that they were impressed by Budd’s long career as a plaintiff’s attorney handling cases ranging from asbestos to opioids.

The Settlement Negotiation Team has negotiated more than $46 billion in settlements with the nation’s largest drug distributors, manufacturers, and dispensers. Budd also successfully negotiated combined settlements from pharmacies of $274 million in New Mexico.
