Martin Promoted to COO at Bober Markey Fedorovich

AKRON, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bober Markey Fedorovich (BMF, www.bmf.cpa), a national Top 200 CPA and advisory firm has promoted Sara M. Martin, PHR^®, to the role of Chief Operating Officer.

After an extensive search of more than 250 candidates, BMF’s executive committee moved to promote from within by appointing Martin to the position, a decision consistent with the firm’s emphasis on internal talent development and its strategic plan core priorities.

The COO role is an essential part of BMF’s management structure and its strategic roadmap for operations. This position will unite the firm’s existing administrative, finance, IT, marketing, client experience and HR teams into one Firm Operations department. This realignment is driven by the BMF's recent growth and will allow partners to shift many of the operational components of their work to the COO in order to remain focused on client service and strategic growth priorities.

A Seven Hills resident, Sara is a graduate of John Carroll University and serves as president of the Alumni Association’s Cleveland Chapter.
