Metrie® Continues to Expand Its Presence in the California Market With the Acquisition of Anderco Inc.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Metrie®, North America’s largest manufacturer and distributor of millwork solutions, announces that it has entered into a definitive agreement for the acquisition of certain assets of Anderco Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of doors and door frames, based in Fullerton, California.

Subject to the fulfillment of certain closing requirements, the deal is expected to close on May 1.
