Grant Thornton wins Exabeam ‘Services Partner of the Year’ award for third consecutive year

Award demonstrates Grant Thornton’s ability to help clients thwart digital adversaries

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Grant Thornton LLP, one of America’s largest audit, tax and advisory firms, announced that it has been named a winner in the Exabeam 2022 Partner of the Year Awards. Exabeam, a global cybersecurity leader and creator of New-Scale SIEM for advancing security operations, revealed the winners during the Exabeam Virtual Partner Awards ceremony in February. Grant Thornton was specifically recognized as ‘Services Partner of the Year in the U.S. and Canada’ for the third consecutive year.

This award demonstrates Grant Thornton’s passion for helping Exabeam in its trademarked mission to Detect the Undetectable. This includes helping companies implement and utilize Exabeam’s cloud-native New-Scale SIEM product portfolio — built on the Exabeam Security Operations Platform.

“Winning this award for the third year in a row demonstrates Grant Thornton’s proven ability to help clients tap into the Exabeam platform — allowing them to detect signs of cyber breaches in the face of increasingly-common attacks and evolving threat-actor tactics,” said John Pearce, Cyber Risk Advisory principal at Grant Thornton. “This kind of capability has been critical to meet the evolving and diverse needs of our managed security services clients.”

Exabeam selected the award winners based on a variety of criteria, including annual sales volume and support for growing Exabeam in local markets. In addition, winners included partners that surpassed annual enablement and training goals and successfully introduced innovative offerings leveraging Exabeam services. As a result, these partners provided top professional services offerings and continuously showcased exceptional value to joint customers.

"We are honored to name Grant Thornton as Services Partner of the Year for the third consecutive year. The firm embodies our commitment to delivering exceptional security solutions to our joint clients,” said Ted Plumis, senior vice president of channels, Exabeam. “On the heels of our exciting launch of the New-Scale SIEM product portfolio, we are proud to reward and recognize Grant Thornton, which we know will continue to play a crucial role in driving the success of our new cloud-native SIEM solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and repeatable security outcomes. We extend our sincere congratulations and appreciation.”

Exabeam also named Don Sheehan, Cyber Risk Advisory managing director at Grant Thornton, as ‘Technical Person of Year in the U.S. and Canada.’ This is Sheehan’s second time receiving this award in three years.
