BioTek reMEDys Featured as a Corporate Member of the Month by National Association of Specialty Pharmacy

Specialty Infusion Pharmacy Company Chosen to Receive NASP’s Spotlight

NEW CASTLE, Del.--()--BioTek reMEDys, one of the nation’s largest independent specialty infusion pharmacies focused on rare diseases, was honored this week by the National Association of Specialty Pharmacy (NASP) to receive a March Corporate Member Spotlight as part of the NASP Spotlight Corporate Members of the Month Program.

The goal of the NASP Spotlight Corporate Members of the Month Program is to provide selected, leading NASP members the opportunity to share with the diverse specialty pharmacy industry more about the work they are doing, best practices they employ, and the role they play in the specialty patient journey.

Companies chosen by the program are given the opportunity to highlight the positive impact they have on patients and their families and how what they do each day helps put the special in specialty pharmacy.

“We are honored to be recognized by our peers and colleagues in the specialty pharmacy space as a leading organization in the field,” said Chai Gadde, CEO and founder of BioTek reMEDys. “By working with NASP, we have access to resources to help us continuously grow our quality and compliance. We are proud to work alongside other specialty pharmacy professionals and our fellow NASP members as we serve the highly specific needs of patients through our specialized infusion services.”

BioTek reMEDys provides therapy-specific patient education materials and its National Customer Support Center is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to help patients and their loved ones manage critical aspects of care. By servicing very specific disease states, BioTek reMEDys’ expert team can maintain its focus on patient care – making sure that dosages and treatments are appropriate.

The mission of NASP is to elevate the practice of specialty pharmacy by developing, delivering and promoting continuing professional education and specialty certification while advocating for public policies that ensure patients have appropriate access to specialty medications in tandem with critical services. NASP is committed to working with all stakeholders and policymakers to ensure that all patients have access to the life-saving medications they need and the high touch patient care and support services they deserve from the pharmacy of their choosing.

Founded in 2011, BioTek reMEDys, based in New Castle, DE, has become one of the nation’s largest independent infusion pharmacies focused on home infusion. Chai Gadde opened the pharmacy to meet the specific needs of patients who require specialty medications. BioTek reMEDys and its affiliates are now licensed to operate in all 50 states.
