CCC Receives 2023 Top Workplaces USA National Award

CCC Recognized for Second Year in a Row as an Organization That Has Built a Great Workplace Culture

DANVERS, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CCC, a leader in advancing copyright, accelerating knowledge, and powering innovation, has earned a 2023 Top Workplaces USA national award from Energage, a purpose-driven organization that develops solutions to build and brand Top Workplaces.

This employer recognition program recognizes companies with 150 or more employees across the country that have built great workplace cultures. Over 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners were chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an engagement survey issued by Energage. Results were calculated by comparing the survey’s research-based statements, including 15 culture drivers that predict high performance against industry benchmarks.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from employees,” said Eric Rubino, CEO, Energage. “In today’s market, leaders must ensure they are allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That is paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

CCC was recently named one of the Top Places to Work in Massachusetts by the Boston Globe and was also included in its Top 100 Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts list. In 2022, CCC earned several Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Awards for Employee Appreciation, Employee Well-Being, Professional Development, Compensation & Benefits, Leadership, Work-Life Flexibility, and being Women-Led.

“Being named a top workplace in the United States for the second year in a row is quite an honor, and I’m grateful to my colleagues for all of their contributions to our culture,” said Tracey Armstrong, President and CEO, CCC. “Being recognized with this award shows that investing in our team continues to foster a healthy and positive employee experience.”
