D.A. Davidson Expands Its Financial Sponsors Coverage with New Hire Zach Rosen, Managing Director

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--D.A. Davidson & Co. is pleased to announce that Zach Rosen has joined as a Managing Director in the Financial Sponsors Group in the New York office, where he will be responsible for further developing the financial sponsor coverage platform, with a focus on broadening and deepening relationships with Technology-focused private equity firms around the United States.

Zach has nearly 20 years of industry experience and has been focused on the Technology sector since 2008. He brings strong relationships and a successful record of sourcing deals and investment opportunities. “He will play a critical role in enhancing D.A. Davidson’s coverage of middle-market private equity firms and will deliver the full capabilities of the firm, including mergers and acquisitions, debt advisory, and equity capital markets services,” said Yaron Redlich, Head of the Financial Sponsors Group at D.A. Prior to KeyBanc, Zach worked for Pacific Crest Securities and Prudential Equity Group. He received a B.A. from Colorado College and an MBA from the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill.
