GREENVILLE, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regional Management Corp. (NYSE: RM), a diversified consumer finance company, announced today that it has commenced lending operations in Idaho, its 18th U.S. state, and expects to open its first branch within Idaho during the first quarter of 2023.
