Francisco Partners Hires Ashley Evans as Partner

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Francisco Partners (“FP”), a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, today announced that it has hired Ashley Evans as a Partner of the firm. At FP, Ashley will focus primarily on application software investments across a range of end-markets.

Ashley most recently served as a Managing Director at Carlyle Group, where she was a member of its technology investing team. Ashley helped to establish Carlyle’s West Coast presence and was involved in many key investments for Carlyle’s technology team, most recently serving on the boards of HireVue, NEOGOV, Saama, TriNetX, Veritas, and ZoomInfo. Prior to Carlyle, Ashley worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. She earned her AB in the Study of Religion from Harvard University, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and an MBA from Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.
