Relation Insurance Services Acquires the Assets of Dunn Insurance, Inc.

Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in Connecticut and further expands Relation’s offerings in the east

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Connecticut-based Dunn Insurance, Inc. (“Dunn”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dunn provides personal and commercial lines insurance solutions to clients throughout Connecticut and is headquartered in Middletown, CT. Ronald Dunn will continue to lead Dunn under Relation going forward.
