BLANQUEFORT, France--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Regulatory News:
Groupe Berkem, a leading player in bio-based chemicals (ISIN code: FR00140069V2 - Ticker: ALKEM) (Paris:ALKEM), announces that the General Meeting of Shareholders held on June 3, 2022 approved the payment of a dividend of €0.06 per share in cash for the 2021 financial year (seventh resolution).
The Board of Directors, meeting after the General Meeting, set the dividend ex-date at July 4, 2022 and the dividend will be paid on July 6, 2022.
