KBRA Releases CREFC June Conference 2022 – Day 2 Recap

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA releases its Day 2 recap of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council (CREFC) June Conference 2022.

Day 2 of the CREFC June Conference 2022 began with opening remarks from KBRA Co-Heads of CMBS Ratings, Nitin Bhasin and Keith Kockenmeister, which covered the current state of the market in the context of historical real estate fundamentals including CMBS capitalization rates, CMBS loan and ratings performance, CMBS maturities versus annual issuance, CMBS conduit loan-to-values and debt yields, and concentration of index-only loans.
