NielsenIQ announces Tracey Massey as Chief Operating Officer

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, NielsenIQ, a global information services company, has named Tracey Massey as the company’s first Chief Operating Officer (COO). Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee all commercial and product aspects, responsible for revenue, product development plans, business units’ strategies, and all market-facing aspects of NielsenIQ.

“Tracey will play an integral role in the continued transformation of NielsenIQ, placing even more emphasis on sustainable growth through the execution of our strategic initiatives,” said Jim Peck, Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NielsenIQ. “She brings more than 30 years of industry experience and a successful track record in growing and expanding global business, but most importantly her passion for serving customers and nurturing highly engaged teams will be key in our evolution.”

Tracey most recently served as Global President and Chief Executive Officer of Mars Pet Nutrition, where she led the world’s largest pet food business, revamping its product portfolios for continuous growth under her leadership. Prior to that role, she was Regional President Mars Confectionary Americas, where she successfully led her team through the integration of Mars Chocolate Americas with the Wrigley Co. Americas.
