NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EasyVista Inc., a leading provider of ITSM and ITOM solutions, announced today that Patrice Barbedette has fully transitioned to his new role as Global Chief Executive Officer after a 6-month transition period working closely with the founders of EasyVista. With the support of the reinforced executive team and its investors including Eurazeo and Cathay Capital, Barbedette will work to realize EasyVista’s 2025 strategic vision through organic growth and acquisitions.
The announcement comes after a successful Q4 2021 and Q1 2022 wherein EasyVista expanded its customer base to more than 3,200 companies worldwide and completed the acquisitions of Goverlan and ServiceNav.
The expanded executive leadership team will further enable EasyVista to build on its market leadership position, grow its footprint via strategic acquisitions, double its revenue by 2025, strengthen and grow teams by attracting new talent, and continue product innovations culminating in a leading end-to-end service experience management solution.

He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to his CEO role with EasyVista, where he will be responsible for expanding the team by attracting great talents and accelerating global growth in EasyVista’s cloud solutions and recurring revenue, positioning EasyVista to accelerate innovation across its platform and product portfolio.

Strenghtening the Executive Team
EasyVista is also excited to announce the appointment of a new Chief Technology Officer, Michael Cohen, who will drive the technology strategy at a global level. He is an award-winning leader in digital transformation who previously served as CTO for Egencia, PLM Software, and other companies with a global footprint.
EasyVista has also appointed a new Chief Financial Officer, Pauline Caillard, former Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at global AdTech leader Criteo, and Finance Director at L'Oreal. Caillard will focus primarily on enabling profitable growth through a sound investment strategy.
Caillard is joined by Emmanuel Bagaglia, the new Chief Customer Experience Officer. His experience with Sierra Wireless as Sr. Director of Global Technical Support & Success will enable him to focus on strengthening value delivery to customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Together with EasyVista’s Chief Marketing Officer, Nancy Louisnord, who joined at the end of 2020, the leadership team is now fully in place and ready to continue expanding innovation and agility to create greater value for customers worldwide while working toward the company’s vision for ambitious growth.
