Relation Insurance Services, Inc. Acquires the Assets of Brooks McCall & Associates, Inc. (“Brooks McCall”)

Transaction adds to Relation’s presence in the Northeast and further expands the Relation Select platform

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Delaware-based Brooks McCall & Associates, Inc. (“Brooks McCall”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Located in Newark, Delaware, Brooks McCall is an independent agency providing personal insurance products to clients in Delaware and the surrounding areas. The Company will tuck into Relation’s existing Insley operations.
