In 2018, Torquil Sligo-Young was granted an option over 659 A ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company’s capital pursuant to the Young & Co.’s Brewery, P.L.C. Savings-Related Share Option Scheme. The option exercise price is 1364p per share. The option has been exercised in full today.

Torquil has today gifted 659 A ordinary shares to his spouse, Rachel Sligo-Young (a person closely associated with him).
