TriMas Declares Quarterly Dividend

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of TriMas Corporation stock. The quarterly dividend is payable on March 11, 2022, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 4, 2022. TriMas announced the initiation of a dividend as part of its capital allocation strategy in October 2021.
