Updates on Playmaker’s Service Providers

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Playmaker Capital Inc. (TSX-V: PMKR; OTCQX: PMKRF) (“the Company” or “Playmaker”), the digital sports media company that delivers authentic content experiences through its portfolio of sports media and technology brands, announced that it has entered into a consulting services agreement with a sales advisory group (the “Consultant”), pursuant to which the Consultant will provide integrated sales support across all Playmaker brands. As consideration for the services to be provided under the consulting services agreement, the Company has agreed to issue the Consultant 50,000 common shares of Playmaker at the culmination of the Consultant’s six-month engagement with the Company, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Playmaker also announced that it has terminated its agreement with marketing services provider, Hybrid Financial Ltd.
