Two Roads Consulting Promotes Three Key Leaders to Partner Roles

Promotions cap three years of growth and recognition as a best place to work

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Two Roads Consulting, a North Texas-based management consulting team announced today it has promoted Kelly Purdom, Eric Krchnak, and Jeremy Dunford to partner. Purdom and Dunford have been part of Two Roads Consulting since the firm started in 2015 and have played critical roles in the firm’s 262 percent growth over the past three years, helping it land a spot on the Inc. 5000 list in 2021. Krchnak joined the firm in 2019 and has been responsible for firm growth, expanding client partnerships, and talent recruiting.

Jeremy Dunford specializes in cost-driven transformation, operating model design, workforce strategies, and program management. He brings 15+ years of experience to the team, and his industry expertise includes technology, transportation, financial services, energy, and defense.
