Tricentis Appoints Chris Collins as Chief Customer Officer

Industry veteran to focus on the driving customer satisfaction and value

Collins will be responsible for leading all Tricentis customer facing functions globally, including Professional Services, Support, Customer Success, Training and Education, and Renewals.

With over 30 years in the industry, Collins brings a wealth of experience leading high-volume and deadline-driven teams. Most recently, Collins was the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Ellucian responsible for leading all post sales functions globally. He has held executive leadership roles at Medallia, CA Technologies, Mercury Interactive, and Tandem Computers.
