Pat Donnelly Appointed President of Marsh US and Canada

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Marsh, the world’s leading insurance broker and risk advisor, today announced the appointment of Pat Donnelly, currently Head of Marsh Specialty for Marsh US and Canada, as President of Marsh US and Canada, effective January 1, 2022.

Mr. Donnelly will succeed Martin South, who earlier today was appointed President and CEO of Marsh and Vice Chair of Marsh McLennan effective on the same date. He will report to Mr. South and join Marsh’s Executive Committee. In the role, he will oversee Marsh’s insurance brokerage and risk advisory businesses across the US and Canada.

Mr. Donnelly brings over 20 years of experience to the post, having served in his current role since 2019 when JLT was acquired by Marsh McLennan. Previously, he was CEO of JLT Specialty US and held executive leadership positions at Aon Risk Solutions.
