ARC Welcomes Two New Technology Executives

New CIO and New VP of Business Transformation Will Lead Innovation in IT, Distribution and Settlement Solutions

ARLINGTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC), a leader in air travel intelligence and omnichannel distribution, is pleased to announce John McCorry as chief information officer and vice president of business technology and Karla Gill as vice president of business transformation.

McCorry will lead ARC’s information technology teams as they complete the cloud migration of the technology and data that power ARC’s global products and solutions as well as internal systems. He will also drive the continued expansion of the company’s technology partnerships and data offerings, including blockchain and distributed ledger-based solutions.

Gill will head up the business transformation team, delivering ARC’s next-generation distribution and financial services platform. Her initial focus will be enhancing ARC’s settlement and transaction-processing solutions, allowing ARC to support New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) and future business needs.

Both McCorry and Gill bring extensive experience in technology leadership to ARC. McCorry has over 20 years of IT leadership experience, with 14 years at Freddie Mac, including seven years as vice president of information technology. He has also held senior positions at AOL, Acumen Solutions, and PwC. Gill previously led technology teams at Facebook and ICMA-RC (now MissionSquare Retirement), in addition to over 15 years leading strategic business technology transformation as a vice president at Marriott.
