KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Navigator Aircraft ABS Limited and Navigator Aircraft ABS LLC

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kroll Bond Rating Agency (KBRA) assigns preliminary rating to three series of notes for Navigator Aircraft ABS Limited and Navigator Aircraft ABS LLC (“Navigator 2021-1”), an aviation ABS transaction serviced by Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd.

Proceeds from the Notes will be used to acquire a portfolio of 22 aircraft (the “Portfolio”) on lease to 17 lessees located in 16 jurisdictions. As of September 30, 2021, the weighted average age of the Portfolio is approximately 5.5 years and the weighted average remaining term of the initial lease contracts is approximately 7.2 years. The Portfolio has an initial value of approximately $872.8 million, based on the average of the half-life base values provided by three third-party appraisers as of the second quarter of 2021, which were adjusted for maintenance conditions as of September 2021.
