Massachusetts Innovation Network Announces Keynote Speaker for the 2021 Eddies Award Night Will Be Aron Ain of UKG

LINCOLN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Massachusetts Innovation Network announced today that Aron Ain, CEO of UKG, will headline The Eddies (formerly New England Innovation) Awards on Wednesday, November 3rd, 6 pm EST.

An innovation trailblazer, and winner of the 1989 Award, Aron Ain has built a company where everyone loves to work, where employees feel not just “satisfied” but truly cared for, respected, and energized.

Mr. Ain has put a laser focus on employee engagement as a growth strategy. Author of the award-winning book “WorkInspired: How to Build an Organization Where Everyone Loves to Work,” Ain will share some surprisingly simple rules you can follow to achieve success by focusing on your greatest asset – your people. Think of the impact this would have on recruitment, retention, customer satisfaction, innovation, and overall performance.

Attendees will hear about best practices such as:

  • Trusting your people (again and again)
  • Holding managers accountable for being great at what they do
  • Overcommunicating
  • Innovating everywhere
  • Astonishing people with kindness in a caring and safe environment

The Eddies Awards Dinner will celebrate this year’s best and brightest innovators and announce the 2021 winners. A much anticipated, highly celebratory evening, The Eddies bring together the area’s ecosystem, offering networking opportunities galore and a great way to connect with ecosystem representatives over dinner and wine.

Attendance is limited, so register now, you don’t want to miss your chance to see those industry transformers and connect to thought leaders and valuable resources. https://www.newenglandinnovation.org/event-details/the-eddies-awards-ceremony-36th-annual-innovation-celebration
