Global Risk Solutions Inc. Announces Tailored Adjustment Services Inc. Integration Is Complete

Tailored now operating under Global Risk Solutions brand

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Global Risk Solutions Inc., a leading provider of a diverse range of P&C claims adjusting, complex/large loss and environmental risk management solutions, has completed the integration of its previously announced acquisition of Tailored Adjustment Services Inc. into GRS' Property & Casualty Solutions (PCS) business unit.

Tailored Adjustment Services, based in Colleyville, Texas, specializes in property and casualty claims, as well as litigation management.

The company is now operating under the Global Risk Solutions brand. James Buchanan, formerly president and chief executive officer of Tailored, is chief operating officer of GRS' Property & Casualty Solutions. Mike Myers, former vice president of Tailored, is senior vice president of commercial/large losses in the PCS unit.
