(CSE:BILZ, OTCQX: BILZF) (“IGNITE” or the “Company”), a global consumer packaged goods company, is pleased to confirm that the subscription of 2,000,000 subordinate voting shares by way of private placement to Brisa Max Holdings VI LLC closed yesterday raising $2,860,000 for the Company.
