Xtrackers II Global Inflation-Linked Bond UCITS ETF

Xtrackers II Global Aggregate Bond Swap UCITS ETF

Xtrackers II EUR Corporate Bond UCITS ETF

Xtrackers II ESG EUR Corporate Bond Short Duration UCITS ETF

(each a “Sub-Fund” and together the “Sub-Funds”)

Dear Shareholder,

The board of directors of the Company (the "Board of Directors") hereby informs the shareholders of the Sub-Funds (the "Shareholders") that Bloomberg Index Services Limited, in its capacity as Index Administrator of the Reference Index for each of the Sub-Funds, has resolved to rebrand “Bloomberg Barclays” fixed income indices to “Bloomberg” indices, effective as of 24 August 2021 (the “Effective Date”).

As such, each Reference Index of the Sub-Funds shall be renamed, as set out in the following table, as of the Effective Date:

For the avoidance of doubt, the Sub-Fund’s name, investment objective, investment policy, risk profile and fees remain unchanged. The methodology of each Reference Index also remains unchanged. All references in the relevant Product Annex to “Bloomberg Barclays” shall be replaced with “Bloomberg”.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the “Prospectus”), unless the context otherwise requires.

Copies of the revised Prospectus and the key information documents of each Sub-Fund reflecting the aforementioned changes will be made available on the website of the Company (www.Xtrackers.com) on or around the Effective Date, and copies thereof may be obtained on request free of charge at the registered office of the Company or at the offices of foreign representatives, once available.

Shareholders who have any queries or to whom any of the above is not clear should seek advice from their stockbroker, bank manager, legal advisor, accountant or other independent financial advisor. Shareholders should also consult their own professional advisors as to the specific tax implications, if any, under the laws of the countries of their nationality, residence, domicile or incorporation.
