The country’s 4th largest hotel owner-operator receives the Partnership Circle Award for its Marriott® Select Brands.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--What a pair! MCR, the 4th-largest hotel owner-operator in the United States, has received Marriott’s Partnership Circle Award, the highest honor Marriott (NASDAQ: MAR) presents to its owner and franchise partners.

The Partnership Circle Award honors companies that share a mutual, long-term commitment to Marriott and fully live its vision — including focusing on employees to create a well-managed, inspired workforce and providing outstanding customer service.

Since its founding in 2006, MCR has invested in 70 Marriott-branded properties. This is MCR’s third Partnership Circle Award, having earned the accolade in 2015 and 2018.

The award will be presented to MCR at the Marriott CONNECT 2022 Conference next June in Denver.

“We thank Marriott for recognizing us as a Partnership Circle Award recipient at this pivotal moment in hospitality,” says Tyler Morse, Chairman and CEO of MCR. “Our 3,600 team members work tirelessly to give guests an exceptional experience and are proud to come to work every day.”

MCR has been actively closing on profitable investment opportunities. Since March 2020, the company has purchased or has under contract 32 properties representing 4,417 rooms in 13 states. The acquisitions include the 146-room Residence Inn® by Marriott Seattle South/Renton, the 124-suite SpringHill Suites® by Marriott Charlotte Southwest and the 132-room Courtyard® by Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson. All properties boast outstanding customer service and amenities — such as free fast Wi-Fi — that continue MCR and Marriott’s commitment to operating world-class hotels.
