Prairie Lithium Appoints Distinguished Business Leader, Rick McHardy to Board of Directors

EMERALD PARK, Saskatchewan--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PRAIRIE LITHIUM (the “Company” or “Prairie Lithium”) is pleased to announce that Richard (Rick) McHardy has agreed to join the Board of Directors of the Company. Mr. McHardy has been a founder of several public oil and gas companies and has extensive experience in leadership roles with both public and private companies. Mr. McHardy is currently a founder and the Executive Chairman of Spartan Delta Corp. He was also founder, Director, President & CEO of Spartan Energy Corp., Spartan Oil Corp., and Spartan Exploration Ltd., and a founder, Director, and President of Titan Exploration Ltd. Mr. McHardy currently sits on several other boards of both public and private companies and has extensive experience in matters relating to corporate finance, capital markets, strategic planning and corporate governance. Prior to his leadership roles in the energy sector, Mr. McHardy was a partner at one of Canada’s largest national law firms where he practiced securities and corporate law.
