Avolon Successfully Reduces Price of US$672 Million Term Loan B Facility

DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Avolon Holdings Limited (“Avolon”), the international aircraft leasing company, announces the successful re-pricing of US$672 million of its senior secured Term Loan B-5 Facility (the “Facility”). The Facility, which has a maturity date of December 2027, has been re-priced at LIBOR plus 2.25%, from LIBOR plus 2.50%, with a LIBOR floor of 0.50%, reduced from 0.75%.
