The Standard Promotes Jill Schlofer to Second Vice President of Implementation and Enrollment

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Jill Schlofer has been promoted to second vice president of Implementation and Enrollment for Employee Benefits.

Schlofer began her career at The Standard in 1996 as a proposal specialist. During her 25 years, she has held several roles including sales underwriter, service manager and senior director of Field Service. In her new role, Schlofer will lead The Standard’s complex implementation, enrollment communications, data integration, benefit technology and enrollment consultant teams.

“Jill brings a wealth of knowledge of the customer experience to the Implementation and Enrollment team,” said Dayna Kirk, vice president of Customer Service and Voluntary at The Standard. “I am excited for her leadership as we move forward and grow our implementation and enrollment services.”

Schlofer received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
