Relation Insurance Services, Inc. Acquires the Assets of SouthEast Agency LLC

Transaction builds on growing Northeast presence

WALNUT CREEK, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Relation Insurance Services, Inc. (“Relation”), one of the largest and fastest-growing national insurance agencies, announced today it acquired the assets of Connecticut-based SouthEast Agency LLC (“SouthEast”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

SouthEast provides all-lines P&C insurance solutions to clients throughout the Northeast and is led by Jay Lorinsky, who will remain in his leadership role under Relation. The Company specializes in contractors, commercial transportation, hospitality, and real estate and will be added to Relation’s growing East Region.
