Best’s Insurance Law Podcast Discusses How New Technology is Changing Marine Loss Claims

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best and Best’s Insurance Professional Resources have released the latest installment of the Best's Insurance Law Podcast series, which examines timely insurance issues from a legal perspective.

This episode examines the impact the latest technologies have on the different types of marine loss claims, including: total loss, actual loss, or constructive loss and the corresponding risks.

The podcast features expert service providers John Gow and Craig Sylvester from Jensen Hughes. Mr. Gow is an experienced fire investigator who has provided expert testimony in fatal accident inquiry, criminal and civil court. Mr. Sylvester is a mechanical engineer with expertise in electronics, mechanical systems, marine operations and naval architecture.
