Tech-Enabled Amenities Provider TFLiving Announces Rebrand to ‘Circuit’

New name and logo will capture platform’s growth and evolution into a market leader driving community, connection at residential and commercial properties

PAWLEYS ISLAND, S.C.--()--TFLiving, the nation’s premier tech-enabled platform providing fitness and amenities services to residential and commercial communities, today announced its official rebrand to “Circuit.”

The rebrand will include a new logo, brand image and identity, all of which reflect the platform’s growth and evolving values in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, during which it dedicated itself to its core mission of building community and fostering human connection. Circuit will continue to deliver world-class experiences both on-site and virtually with an added purpose to ignite new connections, create local opportunities, and build community.

“As we continue to emerge from the pandemic, people are more in need of connection, community and opportunity than seemingly ever before,” said Circuit (Formerly TFLiving) President, Jason Deppen. “This new brand marks the beginning of a new era for our platform, in which our purpose revolves around fostering genuine bonds between our users, their residents and the places where they live. We look forward to furthering this mission under our new name and image, and continuing to expand our platform at communities across the country.”

Circuit enables residential and commercial real estate owners and property managers to coordinate, schedule and manage a comprehensive, customizable suite of amenities. These include full-service activation, fitness programs, resident events, personal training and more - designed to add instant value and enhance their tenants’ and residents’ on-property and virtual experience. Circuit’s mobile-first platform allows residents, tenants and independent talent providers to directly manage amenities via their smartphone or tablet, freeing up valuable time and energy for real estate and property management employees.

“Over the last year, many Americans have seen their home increasingly become the center of daily life. As this shift continues, apartment owner-operators and property managers are increasingly prioritizing amenities and daily programming that can engage their residents and create a sense of belonging at their properties,” said Deppen. “As we move forward as Circuit, our platform will play a critical role in differentiating thousands of properties across the country from their competition, and ensuring they deliver world-class experiences that drive connection, community and local opportunity.”

Founded in 2016, Circuit’s platform serves more than 100,000 units of apartment and condominium developments and active adult communities, as well as millions of square feet of office buildings and other venues in 24 states across the U.S. The company has formed partnerships with numerous leading real estate developers and property management companies, including Bozzuto, Lincoln, UDR, and Greystar.

Circuit is headquartered in Pawleys Island, S.C.
