Atwell Welcomes Holly Johnston to its Land Solutions Group

CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Atwell, LLC is pleased to announce that Holly Johnston has joined the firm as Team Leader, Land & ROW Solutions. Based in Atwell’s Independence office, she is responsible for coordination and finalization of documents for the Firm’s Power & Energy projects, streamlining efficiencies, guiding team’s deliverables, and providing quality control for projects throughout the region.

Johnston has a demonstrated record of success and achievement with a broad skillset having developed and delivered numerous projects across the U.S. She has managed and coordinated land staff and activities in many prolific basins including lease due diligence, lease acquisition and negotiation, SUAs, titles, abstracts and title opinions. She will focus her leadership experience on expediting quality control on document projects; and will serve as a liaison between project managers and the documents team.

Johnston’s areas of expertise include interfacing with project management staff and contractors to ensure overall project quality, designing and implementing organization processes to streamline efficiencies, and developing and maintaining owner and industry relationships. Additional expertise includes compiling forced pooling and owner ownership exhibits, along with drafting surface agreements and wind and solar lease documents, interpretation of real estate documents and other land-related activities.

Johnston earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law in Ohio and a Bachelor of Arts Degree Summa Cum Laude, also from the University of Akron. She also holds a certificate in conflict management and is a licensed Ohio Attorney.
