Rivers Casinos in Pittsburgh and Philly Raise Non-Tipped Minimum Wage to $15 Per Hour

Rush Street Gaming commits to living wage at all its casinos

PITTSBURGH & PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rush Street Gaming’s two Pennsylvania operations, Rivers Casino Pittsburgh and Rivers Casino Philadelphia, are adopting a $15 per hour minimum wage for non-tipped employees property-wide.

Notably, tipped employees at both Rivers Casinos—those who earn an hourly rate plus gratuities—already take home above $15 per hour. For example, full-time dealers at Rivers Casino average a first-year income of $45,000 and $50,000.

A competitive benefits package is yet another way.
