Announcement regarding the Audited Annual Report of the Company

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) hereby informs the shareholders of each of the sub-funds of the Company about a change to the “Notes to the Financial Statements” section of the Audited Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2020 (the “2020 Annual Report”).

Note “11. Transaction Costs” contained an error which has now been amended. The amended version of the 2020 Annual Report is now available on the Company's website www.Xtrackers.com.

For the avoidance of doubt, no other changes have been made to the 2020 Annual Report as approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company held on 23 April 2021.

Capitalised terms used in this notice shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the latest version of the prospectus of the Company (the "Prospectus") unless the context otherwise requires.
