Professional Services Leader Welcomes Corporate Finance and Accounting Expert to the Company’s Executive Team

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Virtual, Inc., announced today the promotion of Jaci Cochran to Vice President, Finance. Reporting to CFO Mauro Lance, Cochran leads Virtual’s corporate finance and accounting team, which is responsible for the company’s internal accounting, financial reporting, compliance, audit, and tax activities.

Cochran is skilled at creating, transforming, refining, and optimizing reliable and dynamic accounting financial management capabilities across a range of organizational and corporate environments. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Auburn University and a Master’s of Accounting degree from Belmont University, with a specialization in Negotiation and Mediation.
