PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) has hired CrisDee Plambeck as assistant vice president of Product and Business Development for the Insurance Services Group. In this role, Plambeck will effectively manage current products, develop future ones and create product plans across all stages of the product lifecycle — from concept through implementation and management as well the company’s response to complex RFIs and RFPs.

Plambeck joins The Standard with more than 20 years of product development and strategic planning in the group insurance industry. During her career, she was responsible for the financial plan commitments of Life, Supplemental Health, Disability and Absence products and services, and has overseen investment initiatives in capabilities such as customer data integration and enrollment.

Plambeck earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and business administration from Midland University.
