Underground mine development update

Since the beginning of 2021, the operations at Sekisovka underground mine has been transitioning to ore breaking by small-diameter boreholes (64mm) using Boomer TID LHD drilling rigs.

The introduction of this measure in mining operations has reduced the impact of seismic factors from blasting on the stability of ore masses and host rocks, thus reducing the oversize yield and importantly, reducing the dilution of ores during stoping.

Since October 2020, the Company has seen a systematic improvement in the quality of mined ore delivered for processing. As of February 2021, at 1.75g/t there has been more than a 15% increase in the average grade of ore year on year.
