IAIABC NextGen Award Nominations Open

MIDDLETON, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The International Association of Industrial Accident Boards and Commissions (IAIABC) opens nominations for its 5th Annual NextGen Awards on March 1st, kicking off March as “NextGen Month.” The IAIABC NextGen Awards recognize individuals under the age of 40 who are having a positive impact on the workers’ compensation industry and are doing exemplary work for their organizations.

“NextGen recipients are professionals transforming the industry through their leadership, innovation, and talent. I am proud of the IAIABC’s efforts to identify and elevate these voices and look forward to meeting the 2021 class,” comments Jennifer Wolf, Executive Director, IAIABC. NextGen award winners are positively impacting every facet of the industry including claims management, insurance and employer services, data reporting, and public administration.

Nominations can be made for any individual under the age of 40 who is working in the workers’ compensation industry. Colleagues and peers nominate those in the industry whose work has gone above and beyond. Nominees do not need to work for IAIABC member organizations.

The IAIABC NextGen Awards are an excellent opportunity to recognize exceptional employees who go above and beyond. During “NextGen Month,” the Association will be sharing videos of previous NextGen winners, featuring NextGen winners in the IAIABC’s “Accidentally” podcast, launching a social media campaign, and opening up nominations for its 2021 NextGen class.

NextGen Award nominations are open March 1 through May 14, 2021. Recipients and nominators will be notified by June 25, 2021 of the selections.
