In her role, O’Connell is responsible for the strategic leadership of the company’s overall growth plans and for building the long-term vision for its product and technology.
Applying her deep expertise designing and implementing innovative new technologies, O’Connell’s immediate focus will be on launching THM’s revolutionary new digital marketplace platform. With several national payors being onboarded and thousands of providers already subscribed, the platform has experienced triple-digit growth in select California markets and is on track to launch statewide in early 2021.

In her most recent role at Anthem Workers’ Compensation, O’Connell directed all product development initiatives and designed and built several innovative software platforms and tools that allowed clients to navigate an evolving regulatory landscape, improve results and streamline workflows.
