Adam Uttley Joins Andersen as a Managing Director in the Los Angeles Office

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Andersen welcomes the addition of Adam Uttley as a Managing Director in the Commercial practice. Adam will be based out of the Los Angeles office and has over 38 years of experience in areas such as corporate tax, due diligence and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Andersen, Adam was a partner at KPMG. In the earlier years of his career, Adam also worked at Arthur Andersen. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
